Note: Cable provider and equipment changes often occur.
To watch cable TV on the Hisense smart TV
Using the Spectrum remote:
Be sure the TV is off (red light, lower left is on) and the cable box is off (no lights are on)
Select the <All> button to power on both the TV and the cable box
If the TV was left with Netflix selected, or if there is no signal, recover the cable menu by:
Push <Input> repeatedly until “Cable TV” is highlighted
Wait for the cable TV to play
While in cable TV, use the <Guide> button to see a list of channel
Using the <up> and <down> arrows, navigate to your desired channel and press “OK”
To turn off the cable and smart TV, select <All> from the Spectrum remote
Things to note:
Check cable connections if you are still having trouble.
“Pay-Per-View” selections must be billed to your own account.
Streaming Video
Use the Hisense remote
For Netflix
Select the <NETFLIX> button, bottom left
Use the arrows to navigate and select your desired content
To exit, press the <EXIT> button, then select “Yes” from the screen
Please DO NOT use your own account, or LOGOFF ours. It creates a security risk for you, and a problem for us, reconnecting to our account.
For other streaming apps:
Select the <⌂> (Home button).
Navigate to “Apps”
Select from among the many streaming services offered.

Press <⌂> (Home button) on the Hisense remote
Scroll to “Media”
Press <OK>
